Regional Minimums

I can almost say for certain TSA would at least be willing to interview you with that, but you better wow them on the interview. I would suggest getting yourself a CFI job and build the total a bit. You've got the hard part of building time done with all of your multi. Go teach until you have at least 600 and all kinds of doors at better companies will open up for ya.

While some are pickly on the total time, those companies seem to be becoming more and more scarce. As always, if you have someone on the inside to "walk in" your resume, or at the very least to write you a letter of rec., your chances of getting the call increase exponentially. Some places that gave me, as well as others, a shot at relatively low time include: Great Lakes, Air Cargo Carriers, and Air Wisconsin. I've also heard of some getting on with low time at TSA. All very different companies, so be sure to research before pulling the trigger. Good luck.
I'll have to come out for a ski trip this winter... talk about the good'ole days in Wichita!

Oops! I juts posted a thread about RJ minimums. Sorry to beat a dead horse, ya'll! But I do want to address the original poster of this topic. The minimums posted are a load of horse crap. Mesa will hire you RIGHT NOW! My dad, UAL Cptn, jumpseats back home with Mesa, PSA, etc just to ask the crew questions and give me the scoop on on things. The last pilot he talked to was an F/O on the CRJ and after a year of flying the CRJ he had 700 hrs of TOTAL TIME!!!! Pal, put in your application right now to Mesa, PSA....Hell, send it in to all of the regionals! Build some jet time and fly for Netjets. :-) Send in your application right now. Mesa had 40 f/o's quit last week.

Only a month left to ski...bring it on...I guarantee you'll get to see a spectacular pole-breaking crash. Oh, and we have Wii bowling in the house now.

Rather than worry about who will pick you up with x total time and y multi engine, pick which companies you're willing to work for, and start sending resumes. The only way to know if you're competitive is to actually send a an application/resume to them. As you build time, be sure to resubmit or update your info with them.
Look at what the Pay, Benefits, and work rules are. You may find that at some regional airlines your pay and quality of life may be much worse than your life flying the baron. Rarely does anyone get to a regional and spend just a year on the line and then off to the legacy or cargo carrier. what that means is you need to be very carefull about your dreams of flying a jet to actually hurt your lifestyle. Progresion in this career should mean improved lifestyle and pay. Its really not hard to find that either.
Just look at more options and consider you goals and more importantly your expectations as a professional pilot.
Good Luck

Who is 20K? for 3 months? That would actually be cheap for all of your ratings. I think most Jet intro courses run about a week of classroom and some self study. Most common ones being ATP, Pan Am, DCA, FSA... and those ar emuch cheaper than 20K for the jet course, not cheap, just cheaper. Anything that has to do with training in this feild of work is not cheap. I think the real thing to look for is value in training.

333TT is quite low still. I think it would be a good idea to continue working there until ya have more time, then apply to companies you want to work for. As everyone else said.
