Yes, they have been totally out of control for far too long and that's because so far, no one has stepped up to say "enough". Let's hope it's finally time that Eagle pilots have stepped up. AFAIC, compared to every other domestic airline out there, Eagle's ALPA senior cadre are far and above the most destructive force against their own pilots in the history of the U.S. airline industry. There is much more than meets the eye here, I think and although in many respects it's too late, it's better late than never.
