Ultralight is cracking me up! As for the paint, it's ugly. And, not for nothing, it's probably the beginning of the end for Eagle.....

Yeah, your argument doesn't hold up well.
Feeling is mutual. What, my argument about you acting like a grumpy old man? I bet you limp around the airport shaking your cane at all the young thugs flying turbo props! |

The only thing you seem to be good at is making false assumptions. Is 27 that old? |

Your argument about first year FOs being paid crap. You shouldn't get paid anything your first year overseas because you have no experience flying for a foreign airline or experience flying Boeing and Airbus. After all you have to cut your teeth somewhere right?
The only thing you seem to be good at is making false assumptions. Is 27 that old? Pay over seas is high because there is a higher demand for pilots over there right now. 1st year pay at the regionals is low because there is an adequate supply of pilots here right now. Once the supply of qualified pilots here diminishes, which it will, you will see higher pay and / or bonuses being offered to attract more applicants. Go ask your buddies at the bingo hall to explain the laws of supply and demand to you, then you might stop crying on the AARP forums about the pice of gas! |

I am confused because at first you said first year pay was low because FOs were not experienced, and were being compensated by all that knowledge that comes in your first big 121 job. Now first year pay is low because of supply and demand? Which one is it? |

There is plenty of supply when it comes to inexperienced pilots filling new hire F.O. spots at the regionals.

Yes I'm 12. When I grow up I wanna fly a barbie jet, Weeeeee......... |
It's crazy that guys this immature are flying a $20+ million dollar jet for an airline at .80 mach. How about a little professionalism. Most of us would like to come on the forum and read information that can help us and inform us, not have to sort through 20 pages of second grade bickering. Suck it up and act like grown f-ing men.

Well judging from your avatar picture, you are obviously interested in aircraft paint schemes. Do you have a train set in your bedroom too?
Nobody with a life cares about new livery on a regional jet! Get a girlfriend or something! |
