I thought the ERJ's we're being returned? I thought only PDT painted airframes with a new livery the week before it's scheduled to head back to the lessor.

Now now... let's be fair, it says the drivers have the "potential" to earn 40k a year... We could do that if we flew 154 hours a month with no vacation and 2 days off each month!

Yes really. I'm tired of people complaining about regional pay. It sucks, we get it. Everyone knows it when they sign up at ATP but they do it anyway.

The guys that have already paid thier dues but have to start at the bottom of the pile all over again have a right to be upset. New hire F.O.'s at their first 121 gig complaining about Mcdonalds workers being paid more than them is getting old.

Its like stepping outside when its raining then complaining that you got wet.

Buses don't travel at 37,000 feet at 500 mph.
Buses don't require a second driver, if they did I would expect them to be compensated the same.
Comparing pilots to bus drivers is apples to oranges, but in no way should a pilot carrying the same amount of passengers be paid less than a bus driver.
