As the budget review and investigation continued we had encountered several questionable expense reports from DXXg GXXXs, the MEC Negotiating Committee Chairman. This is the first of several of his reciepts that was obtained. Clearly, the alcohol policy appears to have been violated by him. This group meal was for 7 attendees including GXXXs himself as well as two former MEC status representatives who were strong supporters of TXXy Gxxxxxz and Dxxe Rxxxr. This group meal was not funded from any MCF account; it was directly charged to the negotiating committee account. The total was $878.41... or $125.48 per person. As with Txxy Gxxxxez and Dxxe Rxxxr, Gxxxs only turned in the basic credit card receipt, not the detailed receipt. This appears to be an obvious attempt to conceal the fact that policy was violated.
