JM is ****ing in the wind this time. He got fed bad information. And I'm not really sure why he cares since he's too senior to be seriously affected either way...

That's patently not true. The L-xjt side are the only ones to budge when they agreed to look at Pbs systems although line bidding works just fine. When Flightline wasn't acceptable the ASA side still didn't budge one inch.
