Yea, that's another thing! Some of UAL's FA treated me like crap! The gate agents certain places were worse...

I love those kind of flights. that's when you get to tell them that they're at fault because they are the ones that gave up the scope.

Just because you are getting a ride home or to work doesn't mean that you have to take crap from the pilots.

Since I fly the Saab, when they start saying the regionals kill the industry crap I like to ask them "Oh yeah, sorry that you feal I am stealing your flying. By the way, when was the last time your (Boeing, Airbus, MD) was scheduled for DFW to Waco?"

CAL pilots seem to be some of the worst. Who knows, it might be the scabs who hate us. Not sure why that is since most of em were at Express at some point, usually during the PFT days...go figure. I will say this, if a CAL guy is trying to get on my airplane (when I upgrade) and he has a poor attitude, just watch how hard I work to get him on... Might start "finding" extra bags or freight instead of half-weights If a CAL guy gives me grief for working at a "regional" I usually tell them that I wish they would get more 737s so they could start doing Beaumont and Lake Chuck. I hate those places and it'd mean more jobs at CAL

It has been my experinece that most off the a$$hats were never at the commuters. So they really have no idea what life is like on the other side. They most likely were hired right out of the military or got lucky and got a mainline job back in the 80's. Do a little probing into their background and that should tell the tale.

Exactly, a lot of them, not all of course, but alot of them got their jobs with less, way less experience it took us to get our regional jobs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
