Just hypotheticaly speaking. If a movement was started to change wages and work rules would you do it and what would you ask for?
Personally I'd take the regional with the best work rules like maybe ExpressJet and ask for this Jazz pay-scale.

I already have for the most part. Rest assured, there is life outside of aviation and it gets better.
I still miss flying but don't miss the company, the management, or the permanent C scale brought to us by ALPA.
If we could start a trend here we could all write our future ticket from scratch sans the help of the National Union that never saw a giveback it did not like.
Shoe Leather express, who is with me?

Yes, I would join the movement and quit if I could make this profession better in the long run--so long as I could be reasonably assured that everyone else would do their part and quit along with me.
It would have to be one heck of a leader to get so many people to do it, though. Having organizational skills and charisma are an understatement in an undertaking such as this which the OP suggests.
