Outstation basing works fine when you have an endless supply of 250hr Fo's who will put up with this sh*t and if you don't think it's **** than go talk to someone based in Greenville and ask them about the brown water they bath in. Every outstation and I have visited them all, has ZERO comutiabilty and you will burn at least 2 of your 11-13 days off commuting in between your trips.

As has been pointed out by others it's a buyers market for FO's and if the company wants to keep and attract these people than they have to move to Hub basing. Colgan did and Piedmont and Commutair now do it with very silmilar routes so it's not as though it can't be done.
