Lmao Silver goes up a grand to make themselves look better yet it takes 4 years to break 30/hr. You'd be an absolute fool to go there and it's even worse on the 1900.

At least $40.00 an hour for first year pay is a good place to start across the board at all regionals. That's about 40,000 a year average. I flew for a regional 6 years ago and simply could not afford to work there anymore, it was a shame, because i liked the schedule and people i flew with but i was headed toward bankruptcy. I winded up flying charter doubling my pay but crappy schedule and flying with older grumpy pilots.

Offering this bonus is such a slap in the face because it is being offered while the companies are fighting to cap wages and set up B-scales for new hires. This all seems counterproductive to me.

Very unlikely to happen....

Let them shut down for lack of applicants (can always hope) and let main line take over.

Your first wish is very difficult & it will be years before it can happen, if it actually ever happens.

That's a step in the right direction, first year pay was $26.02 with no bonuses. However now they require 500 multi!? That's a bit on the high end. What did year two pay go up to?

est 5-8% range total increase after first year.....something about raise in July 2014 per contract, also one year from DOH raise.....didn't ask on flex to the 500 multi.....emailed HR if "age only" R-ATP accepted, will post response if/when rec'd.
