9E 117 Mock Awards
Howdy all,
Just wondered what the reactions are to the mock bid: better, worse, or about the same as the actual award?
In my case, the line was similar in credit and days off, but slightly less commutable.

A couple things to consider:
1 hour shows were used (error, after the fact discovered). This impacted things slightly to the negative for some.
Pairings were created with December legs. January brings a schedule shift, which will change trips via legs. 117 impacts regionals AND majors, so schedules will see changes to help accomaodate the bottom line in terms of staffing efficiency. Meaning, results will be different for good and/or bad. TBD on the outcome.
It's a mock as a courtesy to see, overall, how trips will change to comply and what things would more or less "look like". Don't take it to heart, but it's a preview over anything else.

you guys are lucky, they ran them at our company for December bids, as in a trial run with actual lines. that's what we're flying this month....it aint pretty 
11 hour 3 days, etc. very unproductive trips, less off time due to bad trip quality. overall, anyway.

Love to see "yes" voters bring out the 1113C to justify themselves. Even at this point they refuse to acknowledge this was a simple "good 'ol scare tactics case" by management and union.
