Make voting results public
I have no idea if this could actually happen, but I wonder if people would vote differently for a contract if they knew everyone else could see how they voted. Then maybe people would think long and hard before choosing yes or no...

Why would it matter? Are you going to walk around with a list of people who voted yes at X airline?
It's pointless and doesn't accomplish anything. Every yes voter will be a no voter so they can ride on your jumpseat or want something from you.
