Default ASA, Express Jet, SkyWest work rules

I have looked on airlinepilotcentral.com and have compared pay scales of these three airlines but I am curious in work rules comparisons. I understand this can be complex but I would really appreciate and insight that anyone can give me What about the work rules for one make it better than another? Any comparisons would be appreciated.

Thanks

For Example, how would these changes to ASA's contract compare to SkyWest work rules. Everyone always say's to not just compare pay but there is no other information available.
