Then you only get LDO pay "IF" they offer you any open flying. Sorry, but I'm just not seeing how a reserve can make "good money" under the LOA and subsequent Addendum. |
It's not proprunner;
4 on 3 off is the only way to have a family life if you commute. 2 off is terrible. Notice that the addendum didn't fix the loss of 70.5, 3/day for reserves, and the personal day stuff. Also we don't have a competitive payscale. Still Concessionary No. End |
At least it was a somewhat decent contract before. But with this new LOA and lower than standard pay scale, which says a lot, I don't understand how they think this will attract and retain pilots.

After re-reading the LOA and the Addendum, I can't find very many reasons not to vote in favor of this LOA. However, that being said, this vote is a personal choice for each of us and everyone should vote according to how it affects them personally. If it benefits you, vote yes. If not, vote no.
However, that said, I'm always open to more discussion and I won't cast my vote until March 14th. |
Voted no, done

Can anyone confirm that first year pay will increase to $27.15 in May still, and will this mean each subsequent level pay will increase accordingly?
