If this is true, I better go get my popcorn ready.

ERJ135 04-04-2014 05:32 AM

Even a worse case scenario it passes, they will still be light years ahead of Eagle in hourly rate plus work rules, right? We top out at $42, start at $25. We have no work rules, we're getting a 5% pay cut shortly when we vote No for PBS. Apparently we "owe" AAG money. Fortunately with the No vote we will get IAI and per diem, they will be calculated separate so Fo's could get a good pay bump.

Nothing has been looked at yet. There is nothing to hear. You made that up out of thin air.

I think he was thinking of a fresh air to recirculated air ratio!

I thought it was his guess for the NCAA championship game score but forgot to put a winner at the end.

Yes! I guess PSA will be a super regional, because apparently 10,000 pilots will have no jobs in the next couple of years. Lol!

XJT Pilot 04-04-2014 08:25 AM

Yeah, I don't get the 10% either. Guys there's not enough major seats out there for all of us, so yes some of you will be lifers. Wake up!

XJT Pilot 04-04-2014 08:27 AM

This just empowers me more to leave behind PSA and Endeavor guys when they ask for the JS...right now, I need one more guy and I'll be an Ace...yes!

What would be great is stickers you could put on your flight case as kills. Someone make them I'll buy in.

HVYMETALDRVR 04-04-2014 08:36 AM

I'm glad we voted it down (for us). But unfortunately now we'll be whipsawed against AE realllly bad...

C'mon dude. Endeavor was in a totally different situation than PSA. They didn't have a judge getting ready to impose rates. I do wish we had more leverage but we didn't.

Congrats on holding the line, I only wish we could have done the same

Don't care! There a threat to my job and I'm not gonna help that company one iota.

SWA has the "Luv" slogan and PSA has the "Sux" slogan. Damn, what could have been had they voted down their POS TA..... PSA = GLA.

Agree, plus how is RAH going to continue staffing? The airline is still just as crappy as it was 30 minutes ago before this closed.

BTW good job.

I didn't say anything about a job threat. I said the judge was going to impose rates based on the BK plan. There is a difference. Not trying to argue, I'm just saying 9E and PSA should not be put in the same boat. Cheers!

Feel free to contact both JS Committees with your name and employee number to let them know your plans so the same courtesy can be extended to you.

Congrats, RAH. Job well done.

^^^^This is the reason why we as regional pilots are always treated as second class citizens. COME ON GUYS! Let's raise the bar on professionalism as well as pay. Be the better pilot.
