Expressjet Questions

A couple of questions for any expressjet folks.

1.) Any upcoming class dates/interviews?
2.) Current upgrade time?
3.) Junior base for new hires?

1.) Tons of classes going on... I think we might have had a double class start last.

2.) About 2 years.

3.) Probably EWR.... atleast thats what we all got in my class.

Some wait 2-3 months and I know of one who waited 11 days. It seems to vary a lot.

Does flight time have any influence on calls? I have 1400 total with 700 turbine and 121 experience.

2 weeks ago they had a class of 48. normally classes are about 12-16. they are hiring like mad somewhere around 120+/month through june.

I am currently down in Houston in training. This company is awesome. It took me 2 months to hear anything after I applied. It really helps if you have an internal rec...prolly about 80% of my class did. At the moment they have 120+ a month going through training! My instructor said management wants to have 140 a month!

They look for people with 121 experience first. They use to have a special application for people with 121 experience. I don't know if they still do but they still like to hire 121 people first.
