Would you support a B scale at your regional?

Poll question, identities are not shown.

Question:

Would you support a B pay scale at your regional airline for all new hires if it meant your regional airline would acquire new aircraft, or better qol, or better pay, or other improvements?

This has already been covered in detail:

No time to look through 501 pages of stuff so maybe you can be more specific.

Dude...........Really?
Why ruffle everyone's feathers? We need unity not more divisiveness. I don't see the purpose of this

***! You mean more like a D or an F scale?! Regionals are already on a C scale.

No one wants to see LARGER planes at regionals... We want to see those Jets at mainline where they belong.

Is this thread really necessary? Seems like obvious troll bate. Cam mod spread close it?

How could they possibly pay new hires less. You would never see additional airframes because there would be no one to fly them.

If there is a guaranteed number at mainline only. It seems like you already do exactly the same thing as your mainline counterpart. Why not get some kind of flow. Money won't be enough to bring new pilots in. The sacrifice that is required of someone investing this much time to become a pilot is not worth it anymore. Lots of 6 figure jobs out there now and piloting being a high paying job is becoming a distant statistic.

It's absolutely necessary. Rumor over at eaglepilot is management to come back to the table with B scale. Of course just a rumor so don't get your feathers all ruffled. But clearly at least one person so far thinks its a good idea.

This rumor has already been debunked! It is absolutely not necessary to have this thread unless of course you're a management troll trying to gauge the sentiment of the pilots! So the question is, are you management?

This statement is not true! Look at Mesa! Even if there was a "b-scale" put in place at eagle the pay rates and contract would still be higher than Mesa! So evidently pilots are willing to work for less for the opportunity to fly bigger newer airplanes!
