Not true at US Airways. We increased staffing by about 300 positions for the phasing in of FAR117.

That's because your contract was the worst in the industry. You should be embarrassed by that, not proud of it. There are US Airways pilots that are excited that the 190 is going junior. To me, it's disgraceful.

Explain to me how our admittedly inferior contract caused this, and why I should be ashamed of 300 more mainline position added to the seniority list. Explain it to me as if I were a five year old.

BUT, I still don't believe(and never will) of a shortage at the legacy level.
It's all good.

There won't be a shortage, but there will be a tremendous amount of movement.
