ATP Written Expired

My ATP written expired a few months ago (I know, I'm stupid. But family issues arose) and I'm curious as to if anyone knows what places are offering the CTP course so I can take it ASAP and retake the written. Thanks

Higher power/ATP. I would start with ATP flight schools and see what their CTP program plan is?

Cool I saw it's still pending faa approval. It's only 5k so not bad

SenecaII 08-08-2014 04:01 PM

Yeah, I don't know any details but they are the only ones I have heard of that are putting one together as of right now. Obviously there will be competition in the near future I am sure.

thats not a bad deal, i know it sux now to do the ctp for the atp but 6 hours in 6, 4 hours in ftd and 30 hours ground for 5k is cheap. i did the dispatcher at HPA and were good .btw can someone tell me now that co-pilot in 121 require atp do they also require a first class medical or just 2nd (like before) ive googled that and found conflicting info.

You are exercising the privileges of an ATP certificate hence a 1st class is required.

Did ATP flight school really buy higher power?

Proof? FAR that allows for you to exercise the privileges of an ATP certificate on a second class medical. What airlines don't require a 1st as an FO?
