Default ATP Written Expired

My ATP written expired a few months ago (I know, I'm stupid. But family issues arose) and I'm curious as to if anyone knows what places are offering the CTP course so I can take it ASAP and retake the written. Thanks

Higher power/ATP. I would start with ATP flight schools and see what their CTP program plan is?

Yeah, I don't know any details but they are the only ones I have heard of that are putting one together as of right now. Obviously there will be competition in the near future I am sure.

You are exercising the privileges of an ATP certificate hence a 1st class is required.

Proof? FAR that allows for you to exercise the privileges of an ATP certificate on a second class medical. What airlines don't require a 1st as an FO?
