Default Pro Pilot 2014 salary survey for regionals?

Hi all. I found a link to Pro Pilot's June 2014 salary survey, but it only had the Part 135 salaries. Anyone have a working link (or... a copy of PP June 2014 that they wouldn't mind taking a snapshot of)... that also includes current major and regional pilot pay?

That is, unless PP excluded 121 salaries in this issue. They did include it in the 2012 issue.

I think you'll find everything you need within this working spreadsheet:

Thank Sulkair, he/she did most of the work. I just remembered how to find the thread since its been burried here on the boards. But the material covered on this one spreadsheet is definitely impressive.
