don't even work at a regional. The fact that people think something is going to happen is pretty entertaining.

Anybody that would vote for concessions(while their parent company is making all time record profits), in this profession is basically a horrible person!

I actually don't work for PSA or any of the regionals in question. I'm just basically a nice guy, and don't hate everybody who doesn't do exactly as I think they should do.

Oh another jumpseat war?? Just like the last one, the guys who live in base and don't have to commute refuse the jumpseat screwing their own fellow co-workers who have to commute to work on another carrier. "Your company didn't let me ride so I'm not letting you ride" while the guy not letting people in the jumpseat drives 20 mins home.

Well you are dodging the true issues by making it something it's not. This isn't just "hey, I don't like xxx airline, no ride for you." It's more like "the overwhelming majority of your pilots laid the framework for the destruction if my career and livelihood"

I personally hate jumpseat wars, or the threat of it. With that being said, don't try and diminish the responsibility that PSA pilots do play in this.

I have been doing this for awhile now, everyone raised hell.

Bunch of hypocrites.

I'm not dodging anything, and I am very well informed on the issues at hand. However, by your theory(or at least those suggesting it), people are saying that denying jumpseaters is their way of solving the problem or getting even with them. This is not the way to solve the problem, and if getting "even" is your objective...that's just immature and childish.

Haha. Again you try and play it into something it isn't. It isn't about "getting even". It's closer to "actions have consequences".

There is no "getting even" because you can't equate 1 side losing their planes to another side not getting a ride.

Again, I don't fly for a regional and don't advocate any jumpseat war. But if an Envoy Captain doesn't feel like offering a ride to a pilot of an airline that will benefit, and played a roll in, his/her demise, that's their decision to make solely. Not for you, I or anyone else to sit on the sideline and say "you are childish".
