You are not really answering my question, but it seems to be more of an interactive setup when it comes to systems.

I dont want to pay for it, but if there are tools that helps me understand something better, i would consider it.

Just pay attention in class, and consider yourself lucky to have a facilitator. Some airlines use computer base training that you have to do on your own.

This was my first time through, the training itself was easy. It was the amount of information you have to learn that makes it a bit of challenge, but again, if I got through it, so can you.

Whats FOM and CFM?

Flight Operation Manual, and Company Flight Manual I could be wrong but 99% sure, **** I work there too hehe

1) Don't know how to organize themselves
2) Can't digest lots of info
3) Underestimate the focus required
4) Goof off during training because they have always been the life of the party (why stop now?)
5) Lack of commitment
6) Man got no skills
7) Expect it to be spoon fed (If "Daddy" paid for you to go to an expensive flight school, pay special attention to this one.)

It is rare for the person who is it giving their all to fail.

You have to be an actor to be sucessful in airline training. The Captain and F/O are just parts in a play. You will perform the same play over and over again. The motions are the same, the lines are the same. If you can't act, you cannot survive airline training. You have to know your lines cold, you have to know your flows cold.

It takes an enormous amount of practice, practice, pratice and an enormous amount of discipline to make yourself practice.

It may sound funny, but you have to practice your flows and calls while being distracted. You have to pracice them in the shower, in the car, while eating, while watching a movie. You have to have your spouse or significant other or parner be able to say "Go-Around" or "Smoke" or "Cargo Fire" in the middle of a conversation and you have to be able to launch into the memory items, flow and calls without hesitation.

With that advice, you will find that sim sessions and checkrides are just routine.
