The firehose effect. If you are new to a jet, 121 flying (having an FOM and CFM to operate under) or instrument procedures then your head is going to spin. :D

121 training is not all that hard. It's not for everybody!

Its trying to understand the bug picture, get a basic understanding of the system, not learning how ot build it? Been through two 121 ground schools, the SAAB & the ERJ 2nd time around was a breeze, 1st time was really tough for me, but thats becuase my system instructor at Colgan was more interested in the 737 he used to teach at AMerican hahah

Why would you pay for the same information you'll learn in ground?
