Any talk of improvements to the health insurance? I hope this is a step in the right direction.

This is part of a proposed pay package, and is not final. It has to be voted on.

Also, other FO's get a $0.50/hr raise (that's cents, not dollars).

Well its a start I suppose but is it competitive with the Endeavor types of bonuses?

Koolaid? I was contrasting first year raise (25%) with eighth-year raise (1%).

Bonuses are in the pay package too, at company discretion, although it looks like larger bonuses would have to be paid to ALL pilots.

PDT and QX already do this with a lot better benefits to go along with it.

Hey, SKW guys...if you don't mind my asking, what sort of yearly salary could one expect for $30/hr if one figures in soft pay? I realize that it would depend on how long one found him or herself on reserve, but could you give us a rough idea?
