I will make more in my first 5 years than FaceBiter did at SKW in his first 5 years. He will probably pipe in and spew some more hate soon. He either didn't work here or got fired from here...he never really is clear about it. Either way, live in base. In IAH the ejet operation is a pretty good gig. Mostly good trips, and good movement as most of the FOs are prior 121 and will be upgrading in the next 6-12 months.

Thank you for the information, I appreciate it. Would I be able to get the Houston bid as a new hire? Any idea on how long reserve would be? Also are they currently offering a signing bonus?

If they do come, then you will probably see the left seat reasonably quickly provided we can still fill classes.

If you want to fly a lot, then our flying out of IAH will fill that need. I see several 90+ hour lines being awarded to those who want them. Most of our legs are long (BDL, YUL, YYZ among the longest) so the trips are pretty productive without being too tiring.
That's great! The more information I receive, the better it sounds. Do you know when the most junior captain was hired in IAH?

It's so funny seeing the evolution of the Mesa pyramid scheme, those getting played 6 months are are now doing the playing.

Bottom of the barrel compensation in literally every category hiring the otherwise unemployable over the phone. The folks dumb enough to take the bait are selling Mesa hard. However, every airplane has two seats and anyone stupid enough to count on an upgrade before they're actually signed off should be taken with a grain of salt. Lots of hope on "when we get new flying" or "rumors", rumors that in the regional game are worth what you paid for 'em.

When things grind to a standstill because the subpar pilots hired with horrendous backgrounds become the next generation of regional lifers, or god forbid someone gets hurt because a former 1,000 hour SIC former ATP Flight School grad with three DUI's and 7 failed checkrides stacks up a 900 the party will be over.

Do yourself a favor and take a job at a non-bottom feeder scumbag operation. It's good for the soul. Better than a kale smoothie.

Feel better again FB? It's been at least an hour since you last ranted about Mesa, I know you must have been bottling it up.

Nothing like a good release bro, one day you'll experience it for yourself.

Most junior Captain awarded EJET is a May 2014 hire, but they haven't started class yet. As far as getting IAH as a new hire, yes, only new hires can go to IAH. Mesa's pilot contract does not allow FO to FO transitions between aircraft, so all the FOs on the EJET are new.

That's funny. I think CB and FB get on APC and do a search for "Mesa" to see which threads are currently discussing their arch nemesis so they don't miss any opportunities.

Mesa like a dumpster fire, if the smell doesn't get your attention the flames will.

That's funny because I feel like Mesa posters are like roaches infesting this forum spreading misinformation. Someone needs to shine the light.
