Most pilots get ATL since LAX(small base) is full. Reserve is 8months right now. I am on the 70 seater and just got a line after 8months. Life is ok here but will be better if we finish our contract. Good chance of getting the 50 or 70seat crj if hired.

Not to steal this thread, but quick question for you ASA guys: I got a phone call today that I missed from ASA stating they wanted to do a phone screening. When I call back what should I expect? Technical questions or just basic stuff to setup an interview? Thanks

There are no technical questions. They will just ask information about your total time, multi time, time in last 6 months. They will also go through if you have any violations/suspensions/driving infractions/duis. I think it took me about 5 minutes for the whole thing. If you answer enough questions to their liking they will set up an interview date and send you a packet.

Checking out your attitude too! Be polite. The phone interview is easy and nothing to study for.
