RAH and yammer

So the rah mgmt. team doesn't like it much when a person "employee" posts bad stuff, or IMO funny stuff, on the website "yammer" and the consequences are severe. According to a fellow crew member I came across the other day. Showed me the letter s/he got, and I have to wonder what happened to our First Amendment rights? So when did we allow censorship to take over? Yes people are voting with their feet, but as long as people continue to report for training, how else can we, the pilot group, negotiate a fair TA?

It also appears this is ok for the company to violate the NDA they signed with union regarding specifics in the negotiations of our contract, and the information they are spreading are all bits and pieces meant to divide the labor groups, fa's, dx, and mx.

But i digress.....

1st amendment rights only prevent the government from controlling speech.

Wouldn't it be easier to just not get caught?

I love it when people who have no idea what the 1st Amendment says claim "my First Amendment rights."

Think, McFly, think (you, too, Ray):

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof, or abridging the freedom of expression, or of the press; or of the right of the people to peaceably assemble, and to petition the Government for the redress of grievances."

Feel free to enlighten us as to what happened. I am certain that someone who does not work for PSA has all the correct information.
