These numbers are gross, and include per diem. Per diem was probably 3-4k per year.
You work too much! I never touched 55 as an FO But, I worked as little as humanly possible.

For a while I was scheming pretty hard on the 200% pay.

At 9E, min guarantee ($25 x 75) x 12=$22,500 Add $20,000 bonus every year for 4 years and about $3,000 (150 hrs/month of per diem) you get approx $45,500 Yr 1 at a minimum. Add some extra flying over guarantee and you could make $47-48K.
Year 2 it goes up to a minimum of $54,500

4 year FOs are currently making about $68,000 with some above guarantee flying.

So take your pick, a livable wage to start, or poverty wages with the hopes of a quick upgrade. Don't currently know what newhire upgrades will be at 9E, maybe 3-4 years (I know some will say we have 7-8 year FOs on property-this is because we have not hired in the last 4 years and are hiring now. Upgrade will go down as our classes are FULL) As the pipeline dries up at other places, its unknown whether you can really upgrade in 1-2 years as people have been in the recent past.

The gamble is yours!

To make 68000 per year(salary and bonus only) you have to credit 102-103 hours per month, every month for 12 months.

If money is your concern Endeavor should be your focus. With 20 k in bonus per year you will beat other regionals for sure. With respect to upgrade time that's more difficult because it's not an easy thing to forecast. One thing to keep in mind at Endeavor is that there is a growing number of first officers who have been offered a job at delta and they will start moving sometime next year probably in late summer. This means quite of few of them are not going to bother with upgrade because life on reserve for a few months of PIC is not worth it to them. I speculate that upgrade time will start dropping next year and someone who started in Jan 2015 will be able to upgrade by Jan 2017. Again this is pure speculation and relies on the fact that the 200 is coming back out of the dessert. Currently the plan is 1 to 2 a month until we have around 70 flying but that's a plan and plans change. I don't have any agendas only to inform you about Endeavor. If I was a new guy looking to get my start I would look at Endeavor as a top choice.
