Thanks for sharing..Some of the best flying i did was for Wings West in the 90's!!! Loved those days!!

I was an Eagle Guy (Flagship ATR) from 1991-1994. My classmate stuck it out and made it to AA in 2013/2014 (not exactly sure of the year). Nothing like a 21 year flow through! But he's there for another 13 years.

But you have to understand the flow percentage vs street hires.

Exactly right. This year Envoy has taken 68% of the new hire slots available. That's more than they said they were going to take. The fact is, the company is doing exactly what they said they would and unless someone discovers the fountain of youth, the 2.5/6 projection holds up.

It's a great time to be an Envoy pilot.

I would say great time to be a 15+ year Envoy pilot.... Other then that. Things are wishy washy...
