Default Crm

Have an interview with Comair and one question they might ask is "tell me about CRM". I know what it is but have never really had to explain it or use it because this is my first 121 gig. the question I have is, is there a hidden answer that I am missing or should I just explain the basic knowledge of CRM and leave it at that???
