Always plan on only making min guarantee, and that is all. If you do that you will not run into the over spending problems of needing 95 hours pay but only being able to bank 88 in a month. If you can make more than min guarantee, great. Just don't require more.

On the other side of the coin the 175 is way over staffed... I'm bidding over in Feb/Jan. Their average line values are 84-86 hours and you can drop trips due to excess reserves.

That's not going to last... Once the block hours increase we will be right back to the same 90-100 hour lines with no ability to drop. If you want to come over great but I wouldn't use that as my reasoning.

Mid seniority CPZ FO. High 80's credit, low 80's Block. (Floor was 85 this month, usually 75) 16 days off.

The SkyWest PBS is used to meet one goal: company needs. It is designed to meet schedule and cost concerns, globalization is a term used to override seniority. Reserve is a life style worse than what Jared Fogle will get for the next 15 years. Pick your poison. |
80 hours at Tsa. Unless you're top 10 in base, 12 days off for everyone on 32 day schedule. Hope you like being away from home.

Line values at Republic have increased in the first month under the new CBA. As an FO with a year and a half seniority I was awarded a line with 89 hours block, 96 hours credit and 14 days off. Company average this month is above 90 hrs credit. All block above 87 hours is paid at 125% of your hourly rate.

Its not bad. Its a high workload but I get 15 days off a month... on a good month Ill get 17 days off, but that only happens if I get one of the good trips. 32 hour 4 day, 27 hour 3 day that sort of thing, but consistently 15 days off.
Where are you based that has "27 hour 3 days"? |
