Good to see at least some people have their head in the right place.

No they are not. Via operates 145's pt 135, soon to be 121. Another company, who's name is escaping me, operates 145's pt 135 as well as a few pt 135 135 operators. Saw at least two pt 135 135's based out of Fort Lauderdale Exec while I was down there in November.

My mistake, it was 12,500 when I did the interview.
15,000 current offer for initial and 20,000 if you have a 145 type.

I'd do the 175... It's a lovely airplane I'm sure they'll park the 145 eventually and it's rumored to be soon. You could also take a look at Compass if you haven't already

Who cares about what plane they fly? Some of you would leave 20 grand on the table so you get to fly a 175 sooner? What is wrong with some of you?!

Depending on the fate of the 145 you could be on reserve in jfk or Lga for a very long time. 20k bonus would put first year pay north of 60k.

RAH 145 vs 175? The answer is simple, neither. Go elsewhere. Better QOL, upgrade times, work rules, culture, and I'm sure pay will catch up too at pretty much any other regional. (If you live in IND, then disregard)
