I'd try commutair, had a pilot with 1000 hrs go directly into upgrade training after I OE. 10 Captains needed a month for the e145s as soon as they start rolling out.

Does commutator still double occupancy during training? That would be a no go for me.

I'm looking at options for when PSA starts to downgrade captains.

Compass. My bet is you'll upgrade in less than 6 months. PM me with any questions

Endeavor
You'll upgrade fast and get a delta interview.
Not to mention over 50k a year to start

Thanks. Compass & Endeavor are both at the top of my list right now.

No, it's single occupancy now.

1600 hours and no ATP, and you are ready to jump in the left seat.
I want some of that stuff you are smoking.

Haha. No kidding. I think with those hours you should just plan on applying at Delta.

I am currently out of the military and have a total of about 1600 hours and am getting my ATP. I have about 600 Turbine PIC hours. I would also appreciate a brief opinion on the quality of life/pay at that airline if you have any more knowledge on that company.

Thank you all for your help.

What did you fly? Most single seat military pilots are getting calls from legacy with around 2,000TT.

So you barely have the minimum experience to hold an ATP certificate, you have ZERO hours of 121 experience and you want to go straight to the left seat of a regional jet jumping over all of us suckers that have been in the industry for years payin our dues?

Entitled much? Some people amaze me!
