Skywest, line holder, CRJ, Block/Credit: 64/79hrs Oct, 87/101hrs Nov, 76/100hrs Dec block hours. I pick up locals and try to bring my credit up to 90+ hrs each month.

SkyWest ORD FO. Haven't been awarded less than 90hrs credit in the last year. Dec 101hrs credit/93 block. Jan 96hrs credit/95 block. Bidding for less flying isn't an option at my seniority yet, but even with the large amount of hours I still usually see 13-15 days off. Just don't say the word CN around us and all is well...

Envoy average line is mid-60s, guarentee is 72. Reserve is about 50 if you're junior to 0 if you're senior and don't want to fly, guarantee is 75.

Holy cow, that's kind of low compared to the others, not good trying to make minimum $$.

The reason you're seeing 13-15 off is due to PBS screwing all the senior guys with not awarded/replaced. If they don't do something to fix that they will have a mutiny on their hands.

People haven't been this fired up since the great water bottle debacle and, throw in the sick call bullying it's over the top.

I bid 20% in base and get awarded 95-100 hours credit with 45 or so block each mont, but my high paying trips are replaced and giving to JR people every month.

While I agree with everything you say, that's not how I get 13-15 days off. I'm ~45% and bid primarily for locals (6 legs if I must) and all the other flying no one else seems to want at this base. There is some big daily credit out there if you want it. Commutable 4 days likely won't get you as much time off.

Not excusing our broken scheduling software. Hoping TCs meeting in the promised land results in something.

This is the great thing about PSA. The schedule flexibility truly is the best in the industry. With the Schedule Adjustment Period, you can fly 65 hours a month if you want, or 98 hours. If you only want 4 day trips, no problem. If you prefer to not work weekends and want all holidays off, you can do that.

As a first year FO, once you hold a line, you can have any day off that you want and fly as much or as little as you want. Personally, I had over a week off for both Thanksgiving and Christmas, as a first year FO, and still credited 90 hours a month.

People say that PSA has a bad contract, but they do not know about the good parts.

I'm impressed with envoys ability to work less.
