Is March 8th by choice or is the Republic that backed up now?

Straight from PSA's website "hiring 1,000 Pilots! Join our 1/18/2016 Class."

If they are advertising an actual class date on their website that starts in 11 days, that probably indicates they're desperate and it's not even close to full.

Which is true for most companies today, I believe. I know of at least 5 places that reportedly did not have full classes since November.

With their starting pay of 50K, I'd guess Endeavor is filling classes now.

I'm curious to know the sizes at Republic considering first year pay rate is the highest at $40/hr.

Republic's website says they're offering a $7,500 bonus. That's $43,500 minimum guaranteed first year.

I don't know about the actual size of the class but they are offering 3 classes per month and seems to be filled until March. $40/hr seems to be working with RAH.
