I'm looking for some advise from you Gurus.
I want the flow as a plan B since other regionals
don't have it. So should I go with PSA ENVOY or PDT?

Search function = your friend. There is a plethora of information on here regarding all three carriers.

In all seriousness if you are going just for the flow then Envoy is where you should go.

With that said, there are other regionals I would advocate before envoy.
