Regarding the whole transgender bathroom issue, you guys above have it all wrong. You're looking at it from the perspective of "what if some guy goes in there while my daughter is.....".
That's not at all the issue. The issue is locker rooms and what the man might do inside of the women's locker room. This exact scenario is making the news right now. In Washington state, a man, dressed as a man and looking like a man, went into the women's locker room and undressed himself in front of a bunch of girls and women. What he did is now perfectly legal there. He didn't even attempt to identify as female. Man in Women's Locker Room: 'I Have a Right to Be Here' |
