I like how Envoy is the "goal standard"... I guess no one proof reads their stuff.

Totally incongruent and weird.

If s/he looks like a girl, but is a dude, how can you tell?

Maybe you should grab the crotch of everyone going in, just to make sure: wouldn't want any perverts harassing them!

Do you know how feminine guys who dress like women are? Think the most flamboyant gay FA you've met now multiply that by ten. Dude trannys aren't attacking little girls. It's such a ridiculous train of thought.

At least they got this summed up succinctly, and it's something almost no other journalist has quoted as well.

"When you are one of three buyers, it's nice to have 10 sellers. You can whipsaw them. That drives the lowest cost solution, which is also the lowest quality solution."

Regarding the whole transgender bathroom issue, you guys above have it all wrong. You're looking at it from the perspective of "what if some guy goes in there while my daughter is.....".

That's not at all the issue.

The issue is locker rooms and what the man might do inside of the women's locker room. This exact scenario is making the news right now. In Washington state, a man, dressed as a man and looking like a man, went into the women's locker room and undressed himself in front of a bunch of girls and women.

What he did is now perfectly legal there. He didn't even attempt to identify as female.

Yeah but he was just a ******** trying to make a 'point': http://www.nydailynews.com/news/nati...icle-1.2535150

If you identify as a man, and you look like a man, you're going to cause panic in the woman's locker room and therefore should be in the man's. Is it really so complicated? People know which restroom to use, including transgender. The NC law is bigoted and offensive, and that's why it was mentioned in the article: because reasonable, reputable companies pulled out of NC.
