You just displace to the e145 or by then very likely e175 in ord. You will not be a square 1 you will fall into place where your seniority holds.

If they don't get a new contract to fly the 700s soon they may merge with TSA so they will have enough pilots to fly all of their planes, and they will shut down Gojet. I hear they are talking with a few airlines in Japan or China to sell the plane. Of course that might just be to give them a little more negotiation power with the carriers here (American and Delta). Since they moved the inexperienced CP to VPO it does not seem they are serious about running an airline and will be shut down.

Isn't the United CRJ flying most of what gojet does? When will they lose it? And how do you know United isn't renewing it?

I'm not the one who posted that, nor do I have any inside info. Just seems like UA likes the 175 over the 700. SkyW has a bunch of 700's that aren't being renewed by UA, I'd imagine Go Jet is in the same boat.

All 700s will be gone due to max 253 seventy to seventy six seaters allowed per scope and 175s are preferred

Mesa, Skw and GJ will park their 700s with in 3-5 years

Let's hope mainline with a 737-700
Easily done and no restrictions

It could actually work out good for you if/when they put the other half of the e175s in ORD and you are on the 700. Which is so far what the plan is. You can just displace over to that, while other FO's on the 145 can't.

Not anytime in the near future. Not much room to play with anyways.
