Best Pick for ORD Base

Best chances for ORD as far as reserve goes and eventually a line.

Trans States has a pretty junior ORD base

At Skywest you'll get a line on the CRJ almost right away. You'll get reserve right away on the E175 but you'll be in ORD right away.

There's a chance you could get a short stint in DTW or MSP before coming to ORD so just be prepared for that.

It's ok, we are all very welcoming folks in the Detroit area! ;)

SkyWest on the CRJ....

ORD was awarded to me before I even finished my checkride (back in March). You can get ORD on the ERJ side too, but you will be on reserve for a while unlike the CRJ (some folks actually want that, so it could be to your liking).

If by junior you mean senior, then yes.

PSA is a good place for an Ord base. Lol. That's what our recruiters say anyway
