Ask a PSA recruiter about an Ord base

Atlas has an ORD base, but it is relatively senior...and right now you still need 2000 TT and 500 turbine. At some point they will lower it to ATP mins only...

You can fly 175s into Aspen. Republic did it for a while for Frontier.

United is not renewing the contract for the CRJ-700s with Gojet (or anyone else as far as I know). Gojet is shrinking next month in Ord from what I am told. Don't go to Gojet if you want ORD.
If they don't get a new contract to fly the 700s soon they may merge with TSA so they will have enough pilots to fly all of their planes, and they will shut down Gojet. I hear they are talking with a few airlines in Japan or China to sell the plane. Of course that might just be to give them a little more negotiation power with the carriers here (American and Delta). Since they moved the inexperienced CP to VPO it does not seem they are serious about running an airline and will be shut down. The United flying is ending and the planes are going overseas. We will go to the bottom of TSA with quick upgrades. Pretty much the same thing that happened to them in 2008 and 9. |
