Just to clarify endeavor is 20,000 a yr until 2018 the 3000 sign on bonus is for the first year. 23k first year , 20k after that until 2018.

By the way, why on earth did you choose something as useless and obscure as per diem as a discriminator and yet leave out more important things like pay rates and pay protections? |

Airline pilots are dumb, and look at all of the wrong things.
Who cares when the last guy upgraded? When will YOU upgrade. That is the real figure that matters. Who cares what the per diem is? How much time will you be able to spend at home with your friends/family (aka...how efficient are the schedules and commutability) Who gives a rats a** what the starting hourly pay is? How much money will you really make. At a good regional, you will get paid 1.3-1.5x per hour flown with cancellation pay, block or better pay, training pay, and additional pay for time off. Here's a cheat sheet for choosing an airline: 1) Find one that you do not have to commute to. 2) If you have to commute, which one is easiest to get to work 3) Which one will give you the most days off 4) Which one will pay you the most (not hourly pay, but actual pay) 5) Which one can you get the heck out of fastest? |
