What's your premium pay like?

I'm curious what current premium pay and min day / rig provisions are current at regional carriers these days.

I know Endeavor is 150% for open time and any time over 85 hours. Just looking for other examples.

Thanks.

Wasn't GoJet running 300% pay for almost anything in open time earlier this year?

They may have been (or still are) doing that on a short term basis, but I'm more interested in contractual provisions.

I always thought PDT was pretty good. Our premium pay is a straight 4 hours per day on top of what you fly. So if you picked up a premium 2 day trip credited at 9 hours you would be paid 17 hours. Right now PDT is paying triple premium for all open time so that same 2 day would pay 33 hours.

Envoy is 200% for critical coverage. Now we have some protections to keep the premium pay in case we get taken out of the flying.

150% if is not critical coverage (but for the last couple of months everything it's being critical).

CAs are getting 300% if they fly in their vacations this summer.

Pay above the credit for a trip. If you fly 10 hours and there trip is "premium," you get paid 150, 200, or even 300% it's value. So, that same 10 hour trip could be worth up to 5-20 hours more.

Right now PDT is doing triple premium pay with some people negotiating much more out of the company.. Therefore 3 x 4 hrs a day plus the flying with is min 4 hours for us. Therefore you have captains making serious money. At least 16 credit hours a day.. We have people crediting over 200 to 300 hours a month.

300 hours a month? That seems a tad far-fetched. I've seen high 100s before, but 300? How does a pilot with a line of straight flying get 225 additional credits squeezed in?
