If the 2011 new hire were to be awarded upgrade today, he would still be a 6 year upgrade. That is NOT going to happen for another year at least. There are still over 70 people until I upgrade and I was in the last 2007 class. I still can't figure out why anyone would go to XJT right now with a 33,000 / year pay when they could be making 60,000 somewhere else with fast (2-3 year) upgrades.
