I also called it a certificate at the beginning of the paragraph. Doesn't make my argument incorrect. Like you said, both are certificates.

This is why I only accept cash for flights now outside 121 flights.

§ 61.191 Additional flight instructor ratings.

(a) A person who applies for an additional flight instructor rating on a flight instructor certificate must meet the eligibility requirements listed in §61.183 of this part that apply to the flight instructor rating sought.
Come on dude, give it up. The CFI certificate is a "certificate".

It is the same thing as your commercial certificate which has things like type ratings and instrument ratings added on to it.

I dunno I will say that even in training different instructors said different things, I dunno I would like the solid answer cause I would like to CFI

Instead of doing research yourself (like I am doing, looking up FAR's) you take others word for it. That's where you've gone wrong.

Notice my arguments don't just say something, they back it up with FAR's. No one here yet has backed up anything to counter my arguments with other FAR's.

Look at the other things TD has posted - do you really trust what he says?

Wow, good counter argument.

Instead of watching TV, might I suggest a dictionary? Your spelling is deplorable!

You don't need a dictionary on here! Just right click the mouse on the RED underlined words or do what I do, use another word you know how to spell. I can't spell...therefore I fly.

I gotta say, I bet SAAB is a riot to fly with! When he's done being a jackass on here he's pretty funny.

See that's the difference, I don't need a dictionary to spell. So I would agree, anyone who needs a dictionary to spell the simplest of words definitely is a tool!
