Some already are and it has yet to be any sort of meaningful impact on current industry trends.

From where? Third world airlines send their pilots here to be trained. Why wouldn't those pilots try to establish residency here?

Not really. It is pretty hard to get a visa to come here and work.

You mean from countries like China, Japan, India, the Middle East, Africa, Asia??? They have lots of excess pilots just waiting to fly in the US???

There's plenty of Euros paying for type ratings who would love to come here and undercut.
