I don't know, they can't share crew rooms without fighting, imagine the cockpits? Actually, keeping them separate has advantages. If one group starts to act up, just shut them down, and you still have the other two who will obey, witnessing one of their sisters getting killed.

In the end, there will be mergers. I think that PSA and PDT will not be flight operation companies. PSA will be gone, and Piedmont will take care of ground operations.
That is a long way off, and all of us will be at mainline for years before that happens.

Envoy holds the certs to fly all of the different aircraft currently flown at all of the AAG WOs. Therefore, I don't imagine they would shut them down. Many years into the future it is possible that PSA's and PDT's flight ops will be rolled into Envoy but I don't see that happening for many years to come and this industry will look totally different by then.

And Piedmont waited weeks, and didn't get a better offer.
Just remember, Eagle/Envoy has turned into a terrible place to be, and this started YEARS before the PSA deal. PSA pilots have a much better quality of life. These are things that Envoy could have had if they had played their cards right. An MEC's job is to give their pilots the best deal. PSA did that. Envoy did not.
Pilots that joined PSA 3 years ago are line holding captains, with the best schedule flexibility in the regional's with the SAP. Pilots that joined Envoy 3 years ago are on reserve with terrible work rules. I get it that you are bitter, but blame AAG and your MEC for this, not PSA.
