Almost every regional out there has better starting salary now than mesa.
Why work for 22k a year when you can do the exact same job for 50-60 k at a different company?
I don't know why people won't leave.Complaining on this forum won't make JO restructure his business model and pay more money.

We all wonder that, how they get apps is confusing. They've always been the bottom of the Barrell and still get apps, I guess it speaks for the type of people they get. Heck they use to get apps when they charged 50.00 to apply(who the heck pays to interview). There is no excuse to go to Mesa, it's like getting a college degree and saying "I know I can get a real job, but I prefer to work at Walmart).

Think about it, new hires are taking jobs at Mesa, when they can go to almost any other regional and make three times as much, ***?
