Training backup?

No one really knows the answer to your question. Reserve times change depending on time of year and staffing. IND is a very big base, and more senior then the east coast bases. If you live in base reserve isn’t too bad, but commuting makes it horrendous. Currently it’s about 7 months to hold a line in IND.

Look for the most junior line holder and then reference his/her DOH and do a little math.

I posted this in another thread but when I applied to a few regionals republic told me in an email that they won't be interviewing until March and the classes for those groups won't be until Q4.
This was in mid-December.

From what I’ve heard, they’re doing captain upgrades until April (no NH classes). This would explain why they aren’t interviewing until March.
Does anyone have an idea of what reserve times at the most recent NH bases (IND, PIT, CMH, EWR) are looking like?

If you're at the bottom - any base - it's going to be quite a while. June 18 hires just getting lines in NY, way overstocked on FO's, no new flying or aircraft on the imminent horizon.

I'm including EWR in that. No matter where new hires go initially, they'll begin to filter around the bases in short order. NY bases are still the 'quickest' to get a line statistically, but without additional flying across the board, those at the bottom will see high reserve time and stagnant movement over the next year. I was promised 'maybe a month of reserve' when hired into LGA, but it was closer to 7 months.

Keep in mind what you are seeing now will not be the same in the summer as the number of lines will increase with increased flying. Between New Years and Spring Break is the slowest flying of the year, hence the least amount of lines you will see awarded.

This is what I’m hoping/thinking since I wont realistically be out of training until November unless something changes. I was told from HR they expect some attrition once NH classes resume.
Hopefully I won’t regret making the jump from 91/135. I’ve followed this forum for awhile and man, it’s been a little hostile towards each other in these threads haha.
